Tundra came out around the year of 2000 and has been a favorite since then. The manufacturing headquarters are located in Texas. The engine is one of the things why a lot of people love this car and it quickly filled the United States’ streets.

2. Ford F-Series

Price: $42,900
Of all the F-Series, the F-150 is one of the most popular and has remained on top. According to an analyst, these pickup trucks account for most profits made by the company. My cousin has this car, so I can just drive the baby, after I ask permission to use it of course.

3. The Ram

Price: $42,650
This is also known as the Dodge Ram when it first came out into the market. A lot of Ram was sold since the beginning of the year. The design gradually changed as the demand increases and decreases. It has won a lot of awards over the past few years because no matter where it goes, it moves and runs smoothly.

4. Chevrolet Silverado

Price: $47,820
This model was in the market for 12 years. The company designed it to be classic and they sure know what they’re doing. It’s slightly bulky and heavy duty. Despite those characteristics, they aim well at certain customers.

5. Honda Ridgeline

Price: $36,780
This truck is huge and massive and is particularly popular in Canada this year. This is the first time Honda had an experiment on this line of vehicles. It came out around 2005 and received an award a year after it entered the market.

6. Toyota Hilux

Price: $55,690
Hilux was known as “Tacoma” 15 years ago. After many years of having the same configuration, it was recently modified. This pickup truck is compact but it can carry great weights and go to far distances. I want to try to take this baby for a land trip with my friends.

7. Nissan Frontier

Price: $28,930
This series was manufactured 12 years ago while for some reason it was discontinued in Japan 8 years back. However, it’s being monopolized in the market of North America and Tennessee. When it was first structured a lot of people had wondered whether the public would accept it or not. Fortunately, they did and it’s still working its charms till this year.

8. Mitsubishi Triton

Price: $56,340
This compact vehicle was popularly known as Mitsubishi Forte 8 years ago in Japan. Millions of units were sold only to this year and is being imported by the American citizens almost regularly. This is also known as Mighty Max because of its powerful and massive size. This is one of my favorites.

9. Isuzu D-Max

Starting Price: $49,320
This truck has several versions but the ones made in Thailand are the best. It’s known as “Holden Colorado” in Australia and “Isuzu Rodeo” in United Kingdom. This may be hard to find for all the different kind of names it has. If it’s as good as they said it is, then I’d love to give it a drive.

10. Ford Courier

Starting Price: $69,355
This truck was first manufactured in 1952 and is popular till now, aside from being practical it looks good. The company is selling a huge amount of volumes this year. The Ford Courier has a lot of storage space and the design is easy to work with.

Drive safely and a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year from the team of Motorsports International! We’ll see you again next year, 2011, for more motoring escapades and fun facts filled with the smell of burned rubber and oil.
